摘 要： 建构新形势下践行群众路线的长效机制，应遵循马克思主义唯物史观，切实增强党员干部建构长效机制的自觉性。应秉承党的宗旨，深刻认识和准确把握其长效机制的科学内涵，既要建立规范、稳定、配套的践行群众路线的制度体系，又要建立推动制度持续运行的动力体系，还要建立以广大群众评价监督为核心的保障体系。应找准建构长效机制的着力点，着力健全群众路线的基础机制，着力创新群众路线的动力机制，着力强化群众路线的运行机制。

Abstract: In order to construct the long-term mechanism of Chinese Communist Party’s close ties with the masses under the new situation, we should follow the historical materialism of Marxism and effectively enhance self-consciousness of the construction of long-term mechanism. It is of great importance for us to uphold Chinese Communist Party’s aim, to grasp accurately its scientific connotation, to set up a standard, stable and sufficient institutional system, to promote the establishment of the system for continuous operation power system and to establish the evaluation system. And there is a necessity to identify the focus, perfect the underlying mechanism, create motivation system, and strengthen the operating mechanism.
