摘 要： 王先谦《诗三家义集疏》是清代三家《诗》辑佚学的代表性著作，书成问世后影响深远，已成为当今研究汉代三家《诗》的首选参考。但在具体条目的辑佚、考证时，王先谦存在各种文献、版本、文字训诂以及论述逻辑等方面的失误和缺陷，约略而言有三种类型：所据史料不周，自我矛盾的弥合规避，引《诗》用《诗》语境把握失当。这些问题尚未引起足够的重视，面对王氏的辑佚成果不能盲目信从，应当细加考辨，谨慎处之。

Abstract: Wang Xianqian’sCollected Notation to Shi San Jia Yiis a representative work among the collections of theShijing of Sanjiain Qing Dynasty. The book has far-reaching consequences and has become the preferred reference up to now. When Wang Xianqian was checking specific items, there left various defects in literature, edition, exegesis and discourse logic, which are roughly divided into three types: lacking sufficient data, bridging and avoiding self contradiction, mishandling the context ofShi. These problems have not received enough attention in the academia as Wang Xianqian’s conclusions cannot be taken blindly but should be treated with caution instead.
